Puttu - South Indian breakfast. One of my favorite food. Traditionally made with rice flour or wheat flour but making with Rava is very easy. You will need puttu mold for that.
2 cups Rava or Sooji or Samolina 1 tsp. salt 1 cup coconut grated 1/2 cup sugar Banana
Fresh Corn 1 Lime 1 tsp. Black pepper 1/2 tsp. Salt
Method: Remove husk and fibers from corn. Put it over stove top at medium heat. Rotate it so that it may cook evenly. Remove from heat when it is golden brown or dark brown.
