Making burger is very easy whether it is non-veg or veg burgers. You can either use a readymade burger available in market or using minced meat or vegetables.
Non-veg burgers:
1 lb. Minced meat 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tbls. chopped coriander leaves
Hamburger buns Mayonnaise Lettuce leaves tomatoes cut in round onions cut in round tomato ketchup cheese mustard paste
Mix well and make four patties. Grill it on a griller. Apply mayonnaise on hamburger buns. put a slice of lettus leaf, onlion, tomato and burger then tomato ketchup, cheese and mustard paste. Put half of the bun over it.
Veg. burger:
1lb. cauliflower 1 lb peas 1 lb. potatoes Salt Pepper garam masala Chaat Masala
Boil all the vegetables with very little water. If water left just drain it. Mash it and add salt, pepper garam masala, chaat masala and make patties. Assemble it just as above. It taste as good as non-veg burger |
