2 cups of Maida (All purpose flour) 1 cup butter in room temprature (2 sticks),(not melted) 2/3rd cup granulated sugar a pinch salt 1/2 tsp. Vanila essence. 1 egg yolk
Method: Heat oven in 375 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
Beat egg yolk and vanila separately until mixed. Add it in creamed butter and sugar and beat until mixed. Slowly add maida or all purpose flour in it and beat until mixed. Make sure that no flour pocket remain in it.
Use a spoon or pastry bag to pipe small balls on greased surface. Bake it for 15-20 min. or until golden brown. |
